You and your guests will have the whole Castle and Grounds to yourself – what a dream! Rowton Castle is an Exclusive Use Wedding Venue, and so from your arrival at midday through until breakfast the following morning, Rowton Castle is your home from home, and has sumptuously decorated rooms for you to relax in, the gentle rolling grounds to explore and, of course, you’ll experience the most impeccable service our team can offer.
Ceremony
Ceremony locations are in abundance..! You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to saying “I Do”. Whether a wedding for 2 or 110, and everything in between, either inside our sumptuous castle or outside in the grounds, we have a ceremony location to perfectly match your requirements.
Experienced Wedding Planners
Whether you need to hear a friendly voice at the end of a phone or hit send on a great long email, our wedding coordinators are here to help. You might have questions about your booking, or be in need of a suggestion or two, no query is too big or too small. We’ll also make plans to meet with you 3 months and 3 weeks before your wedding day to ensure that all is in place to turn your vision into a reality.
The Photo Opportunities
The castle and its surroundings make for the perfect backdrop. We can point out the most perfect photography locations and do so for days. Our walled garden (home to hidden pools and woodland walks) is just a short stroll away, it is quintessentially English and a glorious spot for those must-have couples shots.
Directory of Suppliers
It is no secret that we work with some of the BEST wedding suppliers. From photography, to hair and make up and to venue styling, we have a directory of suppliers to share with you – these are talented professionals, they are people that we love who are so familiar with the castle, that we know that they will do an amazing job. That being said, just because we love a particular supplier, doesn’t mean that you will too; which is a huge part of the reason why we never insist that you work only from a list of set suppliers.
The Food
With a fabulous in-house chef team, here to take care of all your wedding day catering needs, you don’t need to worry about a thing. From canapes to street food, signature drink ideas, to served courses at a seated dinner, the food options extensive and quite the treat.
Accommodation
All of our accommodation is available exclusively for you! And with 19 stunning bedrooms, your closest friends and family will retire to a room that you have specially chosen for them. Each of our bedrooms have been designed and decorated by interior designer, Jaci Vianna. She carefully chose every detail, leaving behind sumptuous spaces that we know that you will adore.
Bridal Party House!
Our night before accommodation can be found through the huge wooden doors of the gatehouse, and then, across the ancient cobbled courtyard. The Orchard Suite (within Tower House) is named after a nearby orchard, and this suite of rooms comprises a twin bedroom, salon and luxurious bathroom. Up the turreted stairs is a further twin and double bedroom. This space is the most perfect pre-wedding day luxury, and so we invite you to gather your bridesmaids and settle in, prosecco in hand!
