May I pass on to your staff our most grateful thanks for their considerable contributions to the success of our daughter’s wedding on 18th May.
The day went faultlessly and exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out there was a seamless flow of unobtrusive but efficient service. The superb nature of the venue at Rowton lends itself so well, and the quality of the food and its service was a credit to your catering department.
Appreciating that weddings are an almost daily occurrence we never once felt that we were part of a “production line”, due to the professionalism of your team.
We have had nothing but praise and gratitude from the guests who attended, and the occasion was a truly memorable start to the married life of Sarah and Edward.

Please pass on our thanks to everyone who made our daughters wedding such a success. Special thanks to Gareth who handled things superbly but thanks also to all the other staff, the gardener who helps create the setting, the housekeeping staff who got our rooms ready so quickly and the chefs and waiting staff who served us so well. As Nicolas’s parents it was one of our happiest days and anyone who saw Nicola will know that she had a fantastic day.
Thank you for helping us to give Nicola and Matt such a lovely start to their married life together.

We just wanted to write and let you know how happy we were with our wedding which took place on the 26th April. Everything went so smoothly due in not small part to your excellent staff and the quality of the venue itself.
As you may be aware we both work in the Hotel Industry (15 years for me and 6 for Natalie) and whilst we know from experience it is best to let the professionals do their jobs and not interfere too much we still had very high expectations for the day. So I am happy to say that these expectations were fully met and in many cases exceeded.
I would like to say a big thank you to Caroline for making the lead up to the wedding so smooth and stress free. All our requests and requirements were carried out to perfection.
A very special thank you tough, to Gareth Winebloom who was in charge of our special day. Gareth ensured that we had nothing to worry about and displayed both good humour and fantastic customer service during the day’s proceedings. He made sure we were relaxed and had time to enjoy the day whilst he took care of every detail. The staff were all excellent during the meal and evening function and the food was delicious. Also a mention for the reception and breakfast staff who were again very accommodation and friendly.
Our guests have had nothing but praise for the location and quality of rooms, food and friendliness of the staff.
Thank you again for making our day so special. You have a fantastic venue and the staff to match.

Just a quick message to say a massive thank you to everyone especially Caroline and Kate who supported us through our wedding on Thursday 3rd April. We are our guests had the most perfect day ever and we could not have wished for a better day. Our daughter Debbie and her Fiancée chose Rowton Castle for their wedding and we are writing to tell you that we don’t think they could have made a better choice. Thanks to the skill and hard work of everyone involved the day went off with hardly a hitch, all the guests enjoyed the event, the day and their stay at Rowton - it was a superb and happy day for everyone.
We would especially like to comment on the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we met. It is unusual these days, sadly, to meet people who are so interested, enthusiastic and eager to please - nothing we asked for seemed too much trouble and tasks were performed with a smile and good grace.
Rowton Castle proved to be a splendid setting for a fairytale wedding, many, many thanks to everyone.

Now the dust has settled and the happy couple are relaxing somewhere in Cuba, I would like to express our heartfelt thanks for an unforgettable day.
Clair and Cliffs wedding on Saturday 16th March was just a perfect occasion. We received the best service from everyone we came into contact with at Rowton - right from the word go.
Communication with all staff helped us to approach the big day with great confidence and we were certainly not disappointed. If I could name just a few, I would have to mention Caroline, Karen, Kate, Gareth and Jessica. The star of our particular day just had to be Keith, who drove the whole event with such skill and precision and a great sense of humour.

We would like to express our thanks and gratitude for making our wedding on 17th March such a special day.
Rowton Castle proved to be the ideal venue for our dream wedding; the day far surpassed our expectations. The venue itself is exquisite, the detail and charm of the rooms was commented on by all our guests. The Bridal Suite was by far the best room we have every stayed in, and the bathroom out of this world.
The most impressive aspect of the day was the seemingly effortless organization of all elements of the day by your staff. We cannot thank John and his team enough; they managed the day with a great deal of professionalism and in an unobtrusive manner. We had expected to have to adopt a far more active role, organizing and hosting on the day, but your staff managed everything, allowing us to relax and very much enjoy our day.
We cannot think of a venue we would rather have had our wedding and we would strongly recommend Rowton Castle as the ‘perfect wedding venue’ - you get it absolutely right and helped us have the wedding of our dreams. THANK YOU

Wow! What can we say! From the moment we visited Rowton Castle we both knew that it was the only place we were going to get married. Caroline has been fantastic throughout the run up to the wedding and was so accommodating with all of our requests. When we arrived at the Castle in the morning the welcome was so warm and friendly and I just knew that we were going to be looked after.
Every detail of the day was amazing and our guests could not have spoken more highly of everyone. It was truly more amazing than either of us ever imagined and my mum and dad were so proud! From our very first meeting with you, we were given confidence that you ran a very competent organization, but it was much, much more. We know that your staff have organized hundreds of weddings but in a very professional, courteous and friendly manner they still made us feel that ours was special. From the moment we arrived and met Gareth we stopped worrying about a thing. He was excellent! For a young man he showed such maturity. He took care of a panic we had when two guests turned up unexpectedly. With the minimum of fuss, your staff move in and created two places. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Our guests had a most wonderful time and we had many compliments on our choice of such a lovely venue and for your wonderful staff.

Thank you very much to you all for everything you did for us during the planning and preparation of our wedding and while we were staying with you.
The Wedding could not have gone more smoothly, the Hotel was beautiful and the food was simply stunning. All the staff, literally everyone we met was so welcoming and seemed so genuinely pleased to be there with us, it was like having extra friend to celebrate with. It’s just a shame we couldn’t get you all playing our Nintendo Wii as well!
The compliments about all the staff, and service we received during our stay was overwhelming and truly made our wedding even more enjoyable. In particular we were really touched that so much care was taken of our guest with young babies, whose meals were inevitably disturbed and who were looked after and even served in their rooms.
The lengths you all went to were over and above what we dreamed and we are very grateful for everything you did to make our stay so delightful.
