Trevor and I were both very keen to write to you to thank you for your exceptional hospitality at the recent seminar we held at Rowton Castle.
Not only was the venue a stunning choice with a perfect layout in which to entertain clients, but also, from the instant that we arrived the evening before to set up staging, we were made to feel valued and looked after.
Nothing was too much trouble and every member of staff that we came into contact with was first class.
It has to be said that we are currently conducting seminars all over the whole of the UK, in 4 or 5 star hotels and as yet, we have not received such excellent service or been made to feel as welcome and as looked after as we did on our home turf in Shropshire, at Rowton Castle.
