Perfect Balance of Friendliness & Professionalism, we felt so Special & Privileged
A recent Rowton Castle Bride & Groom took the time to write the following wedding venues review of their wedding day……
We just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff who were involved in the planning of, preparations for and the running of our wedding day.
Our truly perfect wedding day was more than we could have ever dreamed of and went so smoothly, I can still hardly believe it. The good service, ambience and attention to detail at the venue were all more than perfect and we cannot thank you enough for taking such good care of both us and our guests on our special day.
From our first meeting at the castle, right up until leaving on the morning after our wedding, we were stunned by the warmth of welcome, special attention and care and level of service that we received from every member of staff that we encountered, and we feel we really must congratulate you all on striking the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism – you made us both feel so special and so privileged.
This also extended to all of our guests and I have now completely lost count of the multitude of people who have not only complimented us on an amazing wedding day, but who have also said that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to.
For this and all that you did for us, we cannot thank you enough.
In particular, we would like to make special mention of Jacques, who welcomed us so warmly on our first trip to the castle and made us feel so important and so unique despite being only one of many couples who are lucky enough to spend their wedding day at Rowton Castle; to Caroline for all her advice and help in planning for the wedding and for so graciously putting up with my eccentricities and bride-zilla tendencies; to Keith for taking care and charge of all our ‘bits & pieces’ the day before the wedding and very importantly, making suggestions so as not to set my dress on fire on the day itself!
Last but by no means least to Debbie for looking after us so wonderfully and ensuring that our wedding day ran so perfectly, however for those that we have not named, this does not mean that we appreciate all your hard work any less – we are in debt to you all and will be singing the praises of Rowton Castle as a wedding venue and its wonderful staff as long as we both shall live!
Thank you so much for everything, there are not words enough to express our gratitude and we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone as a castle wedding venue in the midlands.
